Business Model Development

We started by crafting a solid, sustainable business model. In this phase, we defined how XN would generate revenue through ticket sales and sponsorships, and how all stakeholders—artists, venues, and users—benefit. This groundwork laid the foundation for everything else.

Prototyping and UX/UI Design

Next, we moved into the prototyping phase. We created mockups of the app and platform, focusing on user experience and user interface. This allowed us to visualize the XN experience before building it, ensuring it’s intuitive and engaging.

Website and Social Media Setup

We then established our online presence. We built the XN website and set up our social media channels. This step was crucial for creating a hub where people could learn about XN and follow our journey.

Community Building

Right now, we’re in the community-building phase. We’re actively growing our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to build a loyal and engaged audience. This ensures that when we launch, we have a strong community ready to support us.

Crowdfunding on Kickstarter

We’re also preparing to launch our crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. Here, we’ll be raising the funds needed to develop our MVP and keep everything rolling. We’re making sure to have clear goals and rewards for backers so people can see exactly what they’re supporting.

MVP Development

After crowdfunding, we’ll dive into MVP development. We expect this to take about three to six months, and we’ll share regular updates on our progress. We’ll also provide a link on our website so interested folks can track our milestones and see that we’re serious about our deadlines.

Launch and Onboarding
(Target: Mid-2026)

We’re aiming to have our MVP fully launched and ready to roll by mid-2026. At this stage, we’ll start onboarding artists and users. We’ll have a structured onboarding plan that ensures a smooth and supportive experience for everyone joining the platform. This means that by mid-2026, you’ll start seeing artists setting up their profiles and users jumping in to explore.

First Events
(Target: Late 2026)

Following the onboarding phase, we’ll host our first official XN events by late 2026. These will be the kickoff moments that bring our vision to life in real venues, with real artists, and a real community.

Looking into the Future

As we look ahead, our vision for XN is to grow into a worldwide movement. We want to bring the XN experience to cities everywhere, partnering with venues big and small. From cozy local spots to iconic stages, we want to help these venues come alive with music. We’re all about creating spaces where people feel connected, inspired, and part of something real.

In the end, it’s not just about going global for the sake of it. It's about building a worldwide community that feels like home for artists, fans, and venues alike. We’ll keep striving to give the best experiences to everyone who’s been with us from the start and everyone who joins along the way.
